Booking and Payment

How do I find out the fare?

Fares vary from city to city. To determine your fare, fill out the pick-up and drop-off information on the reservation form. The fare will pop up. You are under no obligation to complete the reservation, however

What is the earliest I can make a reservation to the airport?

Our first appointment is usually at 4:00 am, but we're open all day and night. For prices and availability, please check our website's booking system.

If I'm late for my private vehicle, do you charge me extra?

We extend a 4-minute grace period if you are late for your private service. After 5 minutes, you will be billed $25 for every 15 minutes the driver/chauffeur waits

What are my payment options?

A major credit card is required when booking a reservation.

Can I pay the driver at the airport or hotel?

No, reservations must be paid in advance online.

How do I tip my driver

The recommended 12-20% gratuity is NOT added to your reservation. For your convenience, please send us a special note in SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS With amount or % and we can process it for you. You can also give gratuity to your driver at any time with Cash or Venmo. Gratuity is not included in our services. A tip for a job well done is optional and is greatly appreciated

A gratuity percentage is typically 12% – 20% however not expected but appreciated.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

What is your cancellation policy?

Prepaid reservations cancelled more than 7 Days prior to the scheduled pick- up time will be refunded. Cancellations made less than 7 Days prior to pick- up are not refundable

What if my flight is delayed?

Our Drivers use flight tracking software. We will know if your flight is delayed and can try to adjust pick-up time, but we strongly recommend you contact us directly as soon as you become aware of the delay so that we can update our information in the system

What is the refund policy?

Prepaid reservations cancelled more than 7 Days prior to the scheduled pick- up time will be refunded less a $10 administrative fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 7 Days prior to pick-up time

Service and Amenities

Do you offer share ride service?

Unfortunately, the Share Ride program has been discontinued. We do offer Private Service in one of our many luxury vehicles

Do you offer child safety seats?

Child safety seats are Not available. We recommend you bring your own child safety seat when traveling. Most Airlines do not charge you.

Do you charge for extra stops on your private services?

We charge $35 for each extra stop added to private point-to-point service (sedan, 6 passenger). Black LUX and Van is additional). An hourly basis have no extra stop fee, however additional charges will be incurred for reservations that go overtime

Do you charge extra on Holidays?

Yes, a Holiday surcharge of 20% will be added to all services provided during holidays listed below.

• Memorial Day
• July 4
• Labor Day
• Thanksgiving Day

Do you charge extra on Holidays?

Yes, a Holiday surcharge of 20% will be added to all services provided during holidays listed below.

How much luggage can I bring?

Baggage is limited to available space in the vehicle type that you choose. Additional luggage or over-sized pieces like golf clubs may require you to book a larger vehicle to accommodate larger luggage. Please provide an accurate baggage count when booking your ride. Golf bags or overside bags should be noted in Special instructions area

Can I bring a pet on your service?

Small pets are allowed when in an appropriate pet container that can fit in the vehicle. We must be notified at time of booking. Guests with large kennels exceeding 20′′ long x 20′′ wide x 18′′ high might have to reserve a larger vehicle. Exceptions: properly harnessed leashed seeing eye, hearing impaired, and certified search dogs. The dogs will not be permitted to occupy a seat, but must lie at the owner’s feet.

Security and Privacy

Palmetto Car Service LLC respects your privacy and works to safeguard the privacy of your personal data. In addition to this general online privacy policy, you may receive notice of other terms that apply to particular promotions or services.

Personally Identifiable Information Palmetto Car Service LLC does not share, disclose, or sell any personally identifiable information (such as your name, address, telephone number or e- mail address) with other unaffiliated companies or organizations for non- Palmetto Car Service LLC marketing purposes. In the future, should Palmetto Car Service LLC decide to share such data with third parties for marketing, it will provide notification and the opportunity for its users to indicate whether they would prefer that the Company not provide such information about them to third parties.

Because this information is a critical part of our business, it would be treated like our other assets in the context of a merger, sale or other corporate reorganization or legal proceeding. Palmetto Car Service LLC also does not market to, or knowingly collect personal information from, children under the age of 18 on Company sites

Is your online system secure?

Yes, We use encryption, firewalls and other technology and security procedures to help protect the accuracy and security of your personal information and prevent unauthorized access or improper use. A secure server running the latest 128-bit encryption handles all our payments. There is no safer way to order online.

How can I access information you collect?

You may review or update the available personally identifiable information that we received from you online by accessing your account online, by contacting Customer Care through the our number or e-mail, or through the Company contact information below. Please note that in order to better protect you and safeguard your information, we take steps to verify your identity before granting access or making corrections to your information.
