- Airport & Point-to-Point: No refunds within 7 days
- Special Events & Hourly: No refunds within 90 days
- NO REFUNDS under ANY circumstance (including weather or booking errors)
Flight Exception Only:
Credit issued ONLY if your flight is canceled by the airline
